Join us on October 27, 2011 at the Barnhardt Student Activity Center on the campus of UNC Charlotte for the 10th Annual Charlotte Biotechnology Conference.
- Early Bird Online Registration (until Sept 8) = $125
- Online Registration (Aug 26 – Oct 26 noon)= $150
- All University Students/Faculty/Staff = Free (but must pre-register online)
- Media = Free (but must pre-register online)
- On-Site Registration Oct 27 = $175
- Sponsor Appreciation Reception = $50
When To Arrive:
Lunch will open at 11:15 AM. Opening remarks will begin at approximately 11:40 AM with our morning keynote beginning around 12:10 PM. We recommend that you arrive at 10:30 PM in order to register, network, plate your lunch and find a seat prior to opening remarks. You are welcome to arrive before 10:30 AM as the 5th Annual Graduate Student Poster Competition judging will be taking place in the pre-function area prior to the conference, and to network with students and sponsors prior to the event starting.
Where to Park:
Cone Parking Deck #1 – Located on University Road. Look for lawn signs directing you to the parking deck when you enter the main campus entrance off of Highway 49. We will provide tokens at the conference registration desk for free parking.
Conference – Barnhardt Student Activity Center, 3rd Floor Salons:
The Barnhardt Student Activity Center (#46 on map), is located near the parking deck. Look for green lawn signs pointing you towards the SAC. When you enter the building look for additional signs pointing you to the elevator, take the elevator to the 3rd floor of the facility.
